2. Description of Services

HireKai provides AI-powered voice receptionist and assistant services for businesses. Features include answering and routing calls, booking appointments, collecting customer information, sending confirmations, and handling simple communications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HireKai. By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Subscription & Billing

HireKai is billed as a subscription service at $99/month. A 14-day free trial is available to new customers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or use HireKai in a way that violates applicable laws.

6. Data & Customer Content

You grant us permission to process customer data solely for providing the Services. You remain the owner of your business data.

7. Limitation of Liability

HireKai is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel anytime. Outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Florida courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
